Registration

All current swimmers are automatically offered a place for the following term. Once the teachers have assessed the children, a personalised letter is handed out giving details of the class for the following term. At this stage the swimming lesson day can be changed. Payment can either be made by post or at registration when a member of the admin staff from the Pat Capp Swim School is based in reception of the Magnet. Please note we only accept cash or cheque – not credit cards. See Swim School Calendar for registration dates.

Equipment

Goggles are available to purchase from the Magnet shop or any good sports shop. Fins should be of the longer length and can be purchased from Mailsports in Bourne End, Bucks. Mailsports will give a 10% discount to all Pat Capp Swim School pupils. If ordering over the internet, the following code should be quoted PCSC2973. All other equipment, i.e. floats, woggles are provided by the swim school.

It is strongly recommended that all children from 3 years + wear a swim hat, which can be purchased from the Magnet Shop or on poolside from the teacher for £1. Please can boys wear fitted short leg swimming trunks as opposed to long, baggy beach shorts.
